Our competitive crews compete in three competitions within Alberta each spring. These exciting weekends are about so much more than competing, they feel like mini getaways for our Pound It families, filled with team dinners, hotel pool fun, laughter, memories, and quality time together on and off the stage.

Pound It Hosts 4 battles a year. Our two smaller battles are Halloween and Christmas, then we have Zona Central in April which draws dancers from all over the province. Our biggest battle and festival is Go With the Flow in August, this battle has now become an international event.

In addition to our 2 annual studio showcases (fall and June), our teams are frequently invited to perform at community events such as The Afro Caribbean Festival, Canadian Women's Fastball Championships and the Red Deer Folk Festival

Our roots run deep in the street and club dance community. Through cyphers, battles, training and shared experiences, we build lasting bonds that go beyond dance-connecting generations, cities and cultures through Hip Hop.
