Refund Policy

All sales are final. Pound It Hip Hop Studio does not provide refunds for dropped or missed classes. In the event that a dancer becomes unable to participate due to illness or injury, a studio credit may be considered. Any credit issued is at the sole discretion of the Studio Director. Competitive crews require a full-season commitment. Once registered, tuition, costume fees, competition fees, workshop fees, and any other competitive-program fees are non-refundable. By registering for classes or competitive crews, dancers and/or their parent or guardian acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
